Permission Granted

Why is it that when we want to protect our peace we need permission to do so?

As if external validation will aid in us feeling more secure in our decision…

I know I don’t need anyone else’s permission to put something down if it’s too heavy to carry. Yet I found myself finding such security and confirmation in receiving the permission to do just that today.

With that being said, I’d like to grant some permission to you today to make whatever decision that serves you best (with the full on knowing you don’t need mine or anyone else’s permission, you may just like it.)

✨you have permission to move on

✨you have permission to take a break

✨you have permission to say no

✨you have permission to seek help

✨you have permission to stay home

✨you have permission to keep going

✨you have permission to say yes

✨you have permission to let go
