A core belief of mine is that we have the power to heal ourselves. I believe we can heal our bodies, I believe we can heal our minds, I believe we can heal our relationships and our past traumas. I believe we can find ways to move through grief, I believe we were created to overcome. I believe in perseverance, and I believe in resilience.

I believe in community and partnership. I believe that we are not meant to do a single thing alone, even if we have the ability to. I believe one of the strongest things we can ever do is ask for help.
