It is valid to fear the self healers journey

It is safe to fear self-growth. It is valid to fear the self healers journey. It’s understandable to fear who you may become. It’s important to acknowledge the fear of losing who you have been.

I’m curious though, how strongly do you identify with the pieces of you that are asking to be let go?

Do you consider yourself to be solely a person who isolates yourself because you fear rejection?

If you release this piece of you will you be losing your entire identity?

Or will you be shedding the piece of you holding you back from true connection?

What pieces of you are still holding onto the pain? Are these pieces of you that deserve to fully consume you in your identity? Or can your identity stand to shed this one small aspect of it?

It is my own personal belief that the hurt versions of me were teachers. They carried me to this day. They held me through survival. I thank them and I honor them and I keep the brilliance learned. I fully and completely release the pain they carried.

I surrender to the integration of the past the present and the future.

I surrender to my fears.

I honor my strength.
