Self Care
Self care is marketed to us as Spa Days, Manicures, Pedicures, getting our hair done, or maybe treating ourselves to a snack or bevvy of choice. But I’m curious — have you ever successfully Spa Day’ed your pain away?
What if I told you that Self Care could be so much more? What if I told you that Self Care is doing your laundry, dishes, and grocery shopping for your future self. Self Care is finding the purpose in the mundane. Self Care is healing old wounds. Self care is tending to past versions of you, nourishing the present you, and cultivating the version of you to come.
Self Care to me was moving inward. It was noticing the degree of unhappiness I felt in my life and understanding that I would need far more than a massage, mani and pedi to overcome the level of anger in my heart and resentment in my bones.
My transformation has been a way to tend to myself. I nurtured past versions of myself while passionately accepting the present version of myself. All the while cultivating a future version of me I dream of.
Proper Self Care, led me to my Rebirth.
Consider this your formal invitation to join me in my Rebirth. I’ve shed many layers and transformed through multiple identities to find the woman I am today. I am strong. I know peace. I live fully and joyfully. I am a teacher, I am a coach, I am a guide, I am a wife, I am a daughter, I am a sister, I am a leader, I am uniquely gifted.
The road to my Rebirth was paved by the teachers and leaders and guides I met along my way.
Finding them was the most difficult part for me.
Please know that if you’ve found me it is on absolute purpose with absolute reason.
I created a guidebook to lead you through your Rebirth.
It will guide you to your destination of peace, confidence, purpose, and connection.
You will not be the same woman after completing this journey.
Enrollment for you begins August 29th
Your Rebirth is calling, will you answer?
I’ve set aside 30-minutes for you this week to chat about your Rebirth. To get clear on your goals. To zone in on your purpose. Are you ready to explore the possibilities?
